ORH Assessment, a subsidiary of LMS Group, is a recruitment consultancy that also offers assessment services and organizes competitions on behalf of large public and private companies.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a public-private partnership consortium involved in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of wind and freshwater energy, an :

IT Manager

 

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer your main responsibilities will be :

  • Set up and enforce the procedures and methods of quality and security of information systems : management of GAIA and AD user accounts (Group internal tool), configuration of PCs, configuration of telephony, MS Office licenses, assistance to users in the event of failure and management of the computer network.
  • Implement all software and hardware define in the scope of the project, in line with operational and technical expectations.
  • Analyze the implementation of IS (Information System) technical policies and standards by operational staff and lead the feedback loop in a continuous improvement process.
  • Negotiate the Company's objectives and budget, implement financial management, reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Participate in decisions concerning the choice of hardware, software and intellectual services and manage contracts with IT service companies.
  • Supervise the coordination and consistency of solutions, methods, procedures and applications within its scope of responsibility.
  • Lead the technical development of the information system, advise the business and monitor technology in its areas of intervention.

Profil recherché

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bac + 5 engineer or equivalent training in systems, networks and telecoms
  • Experience of 5 to 7 years in the field of IS
  • Hard skills : Functional knowledge of the IS, Deployment, Maintenance, IT Support, Change management, ITC Projects, Digital coordination, Finance and budget management.
  • Soft skills : Rigor, Availability, Internal / External customer orientation, Ability to work on several projects in parallel, Spirit of anticipation, The ability to work in a team.
  • Languages: Arabic / French / English : Fluent
